v1.0 18/09/2026
  • Website chat renewed: to start, it asks for your name, WhatsApp and email, and your contact reaches our team right away, even if you never get to type a message
  • New Privacy Policy, in Portuguese and in English, explaining what the website collects, what it is for and what you can ask for at any time, linked from the footer of every page and from the chat
  • All of NEW's channels in the footer: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Discord, WhatsApp and email
  • Simpler Toronto Group page, in the Portuguese version: a single form, right at the top, with name, WhatsApp and email

  • NEW Store is open: the showcase for the NEW Intercambio line of T-shirts, with each shirt taking you straight to checkout at the NEW Wear Co. store
  • Toronto Group for July 2027 with a full page: real prices for 2, 3 and 4 weeks, a custody letter for students under 18, and a form right at the top for anyone who already wants to talk to NEW
  • A new page for thrill-seekers: if you jump out of a plane by choice, living abroad on your own won't scare you
  • NEW Games with three new games, all opening right on the site: Minesweeper, Memory Game with a 2-player mode, and Stop the Stopwatch

  • Deeper NEW Vistos: what you need to bring for the visa process for Canada and the United States, and makes clear it's NEW's own internal department, not an outsourced service
  • Deeper Translation: any type of document, certified translation, a real 1 to 3 day turnaround, and cost based on how many documents
  • Real fix on NEW Experience: the internship happens inside NEW Intercambio itself, and today it's open to anyone looking for real work experience, not just students finishing their program
  • Site footer completely reorganized and redesigned, matching the main menu's own categories, with our real ICEF Agency Status credential
  • Various real fixes: a photo and crop on NEW Tour, a layout bug on NEW Link, and text tweaks across several pages

  • Main menu reorganized by category, making it easier to find each program (Language Courses, Teen Exchange, Study and Work, Work, and more)
  • New page: About Us, complete, with the company's real history, destinations, process, and the benefits of an exchange program
  • Complete FAQ, with dozens of real questions about programs, process, visas, safety, and NEW's services
  • New page: Translation, for anyone who needs to translate documents for a visa, college, high school, and other processes
  • New dedicated pages for 30+ Exchange, Family Exchange, and English for Professionals, which used to just reuse the Language Courses content
  • New dedicated pages for College, University, and Vocational Courses, explaining what each one is, the program levels, and the difference between college and university
  • New page: NEW Sports, for students who play sports and want to study high school abroad with a chance at a scholarship
  • New page: Volunteer Work, combining English improvement with real impact in animal and community projects
  • NEW Games reorganized: it's now NEW's own game hub, with NetGame and a new mini-game, Snake, each one opening right on the site without leaving the page
  • Various small text, translation, and consistency tweaks across pages, plus fixes for real bugs in the mobile menu and in the games

  • New page: Work With Us, with the open Sales Consultant position in Araraquara and applications straight through the site, resume attachment included
  • Fixed a real bug: Au Pair showed an error message even when the application had actually been sent successfully
  • Added a WhatsApp button to the Au Pair confirmation screen, to talk directly with the team right after applying
  • Added campaign tracking (Meta Pixel) and ad source tracking (UTM) to the Au Pair form
  • Installed Google Analytics, to better understand where site visitors come from and how they behave
  • Improvements to show up better on Google: reviewed titles and descriptions, fixed the sitemap, and connected the company data across every page
  • Various small text and consistency tweaks across pages

  • New single link for the Instagram bio (newintercambio.com/bio.php): a quick summary of NEW with direct access to WhatsApp, our programs, and the community
  • New page: NEW Group in Toronto, the public version of our exchange program group
  • New page: NEW Vistos, visa consulting for Canada and the United States (study, work, and tourism), with a form that goes straight to our team
  • NEW Vistos joined the main menu, alongside NEW Referral and NEW Games, now grouped into a single "NEW Services" menu
  • Fixed a real bug: on some group pages, one of the photos was cropping people's heads off on mobile
  • Fixed a real bug: the contact form could submit twice if someone refreshed the page after sending it
  • Security hardening: an internal diagnostic file is now protected against direct access from outside the site
  • Various small text and consistency tweaks across pages

  • Live chat on every page of the site: type your name and talk directly with our team, no sign-up needed
  • The contact form now goes straight to our CRM (same as the Au Pair one), for a faster response from the team
  • Improvements to the Au Pair form: more fields to understand your profile upfront, plus a few usability tweaks
v0.3 01/09/2026
  • NEW Referral brought into the site: it used to be an external link, now it's a full page with the entire referral program: how it works, ranking, rules, and bonuses
  • New page: NEW Games, introducing the NetGame trivia game running live inside the site, no need to open another tab
  • NEW Referral and NEW Games now appear in the main menu
  • New page: Au Pair program in the United States, with benefits, requirements, pricing, and a sign-up form already connected to the CRM
  • WhatsApp community added alongside Discord, on the homepage and the Fundamentum page
  • NEWZinho: an internal "agent" that checks the whole site on demand (system errors, broken links, grammar), with a historical record of what's already been checked
  • The site's code now lives on GitHub, with a real version history
  • Fixed a real bug: refreshing the page after submitting a form no longer duplicates the submission
  • Visual consistency tweaks (buttons) and a caching fix that ensures everyone always sees the latest version of the site

  • New page: NEW Intercambio + Colégio Fundamentum partnership, with a 3-week exchange program in Vancouver (destination, program, accommodation, pricing, and real Instagram videos)
  • Hero photos now rotate and cycle on their own, both on the homepage and the Fundamentum page
  • Discord community with a live online-member count and avatars
  • This updates page, to track everything that's been done on the site, version by version
  • Tracking pixel installed, to better understand visits and campaigns
  • Various text tweaks, mobile responsiveness, and small visual fixes
